Observation Selling

A comfortable atmosphere can become uncomfortable not just by words, but more than likely, by intuitively reacting to actions of others.

Observation Selling combines the non-spoken word with the Proven Sales Techniques and MySalesCoach.Biz Programs to create a complete selling system. It is an interactive session in which participants practice and fully understands how Observation Selling can maintain the all-important comfortable atmosphere and identify the four basic attitudes of the client: acceptance, skepticism, objection and indifference. This is a program which takes the sales person to a higher level and forces the asking of important questions.

A sample of some questions that will be answered during the
Observation Selling presentation:

Introduction:
1. What do the three basic handshakes mean?
2. Is distance important during the introduction? Why?
3. When should you select a seating position?

Fact Finding:
1. Where do you sit in relation to the client? Why?
2. What does an "ankle-lock" mean?
3. What does a "leg-lock" mean?

Sharing of Information:
1. Do you have to maintain the same seating position throughout the sales
process?
2. How important are "body points?"
3. Do folded arms always mean a negative, defensive attitude?

Agreement:
1. What is the farthest you should be from a client when asking for an order?
2. Should you interrupt someone that is "stroking their chin?"
3. What does "steepling the hands" mean?

Post Agreement:
1. What does the use of the left hand during a handshake mean?
2. What do dilated pupils mean?

The participant will learn to listen and observe instead of just speaking and presenting the 5-Basics of the sale.
